Duocel refractory furnace fixtures are made of beta phase silicon carbide and rated for constant use up to 1000C without deformation, with a maximum working temperature of 1200C.
Our patented low density foam is strong, yet very low density and thermally insulative which offers significant energy savings over solid materials; and makes minimum surface area contact on the materials being elevated.
Duocel® refractory furnace products are popular for use in high temperature muffle furnaces, ashing furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, and crucible trays.
